the room was clean and included everything needed for a comfortable stay. i especially appreciated the walk-in shower in the bathroom. the location is very close to victoria station. i was able to leave my bags after checking out.
i found the soundproofing to be inadequate, as i could clearly hear noise from both outside and inside the building.

The room was very clean. It included air conditioning which was a great bonus. The location is quite convenient, close to many interesting sites (i especially enjoyed the proximity to the theater).
The check-in process involved picking up the key at another nearby hotel. This was not ideal with luggage.

The location was convenient for transport. I walked easily to victoria station. the room was clean and everything worked, including the air conditioning. i got fresh towels. Staff helped when i needed more hangers. the room size suited me, even though compact.
the room lacked hot water one morning, forcing a cold shower before an important meeting.

The location was superb. Victoria station is a short walk. i could leave my luggage, and they kept it safe after checkout. several restaurants are very close. I easily found a great place for dinner. the staff provided a whatsapp number and were reachable 24 hours, a very helpful service.
It was a bit difficult to carry heavy luggage to the upper floors.
